How will my order be delivered and how soon is it dispatched?
Orders placed by 11:00 on business days are dispatched the same day. We use tracked couriers and pack everything in recycled paper and cardboard with no plastic tape. You can pay by bank transfer when you order, or cash on delivery when it arrives.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. Bank transfer is also available if you prefer to settle the payment before dispatch.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Once the item is checked, we refund by bank transfer.
Are your materials really as listed?
Yes. Every product page lists the main materials we use, such as bamboo, cork, borosilicate glass and organic cotton. We buy from suppliers we work with directly, inspect each batch, and update the list if anything changes.
