How Fern & Flint Started
Fern & Flint began in a small flat in Bristol, with a drawer full of broken eco-friendly gadgets. The bamboo boards had split, the cotton bags had torn at the seams, and the glass jars would not close properly. Instead of adding more stuff to landfill, we decided to make the reusable basics properly or stop selling them altogether.
We work directly with mills and workshops that produce solid bamboo, cork, borosilicate glass and organic cotton. Every order is checked by hand before it is packed. We use recycled paper and cardboard, no plastic tape, and a tracked courier so customers always know where their parcel is.
We sell direct to keep prices fair and to stay close to the people who buy from us. Returns are simple: 30 days from delivery for unused items in the original packaging. We accept bank transfer and cash on delivery, and a real person answers your questions.
